If you need to make changes or cancel your order, please do so within 24 hours of placing it. After this time frame, your order may be in processing and changes might not be possible. If you cancel within 24 hours, we will process your refund within 7 business days.

Received a Damaged Item?

We take great care in packaging our products to avoid damage during shipping. An item is considered damaged if it has a defect or is physically broken. Damage to packaging that does not affect the product itself is not classified as damage.

If your item arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing shop@theslonik.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will assess the situation to determine if you are eligible for a replacement at no cost. Please note that we do not offer refunds, replacements, or accept returns for items damaged due to normal use, wear and tear, or misuse.

Shipping and Delivery

While we aim to deliver your order promptly, we cannot be held responsible for shipping or delivery delays beyond our control, such as those caused by couriers or customs. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please contact the courier directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is your responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. If the address is incorrect and we are not informed within 24 hours of your order, we cannot issue a resend or refund.
