Order Processing Times
Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and dispatch your order after it’s placed. An order is considered dispatched once it’s handed off to our shipping carrier and is on its way to your chosen address. During peak times and holidays, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Estimated Shipping Times
The estimated delivery time for your package refers to the overall transit time after your order has been dispatched. This timeframe can vary based on several factors, especially your location. Below are the estimated delivery times by country:
🇺🇸 United States: 4-7 business days
🇨🇦 Canada: 5-10 business days
🇬🇧 United Kingdom: 5-9 business days
🌍 Other International Locations: 7-14 business days
Please be aware that shipping carriers may experience delays during peak times and holidays that are beyond our control. Additionally, international shipments may face unexpected customs delays, which could extend the overall delivery timeframe.
Order Changes and Accurate Shipping Details
It’s the customer's responsibility to ensure that shipping details are accurate and complete at the time of checkout. Incomplete or inaccurate information may result in delayed processing or order cancellation. If our system detects any address issues, our customer support team will reach out via email within 3 business days for verification. If we don’t receive a response in this timeframe, we reserve the right to cancel your order.
If you notice an error in your shipping details, please email us at shop@theslonik.com within 24 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but we cannot guarantee modifications after this period.
Delayed Delivery
At Slonik™, we understand that timely delivery is important to you, and we strive to ship all orders as quickly as possible. However, there may be delays due to factors outside of our control. For instance, severe weather or transportation disruptions may affect our courier partners.
If we anticipate any delays in processing or shipping your order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as product availability issues or payment processing delays, we will notify you as soon as possible.
Please note that Slonik™ is not liable for any delivery delays caused by external factors beyond our control, and we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. However, we will keep you updated on your order status and assist as needed.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand how frustrating it can be if your package is lost or stolen. Once we hand over your package to our courier partners, it is out of our control. If your package goes missing, please contact us at shop@theslonik.com, and we will do our best to assist you.
We recommend reaching out to the courier company directly to file a claim for lost or stolen packages. Most couriers have a claims process that may require additional information from you. We will also follow up with the courier on your behalf to provide updates.
Please note that Slonik™ is not responsible for lost or stolen packages during shipping, and these situations fall outside our refund policy. However, we will do everything we can to help resolve the issue. If the package is not found or delivered, we may offer a replacement based on the circumstances. In some cases, the courier may be able to locate the package and deliver it. If it’s not found, we recommend filing a police report.
